These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DMV Pro (the "Service"), operated by DMV PRO ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
DMV Pro is a business management and invoicing platform for auto registration service businesses. It allows you to create invoices, track customer and vehicle records, manage payments and deposits, generate reports, and manage team members.
DMV Pro is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) or any other government agency. Using the Service does not grant you any authorization, license, or certification to process vehicle registrations. Any DMV authorization you hold (such as Business Partner Automation status or registration service licensing) is obtained and maintained separately, directly with the relevant government agency, and is your sole responsibility.
You agree not to:
The Service integrates with or relies on third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Cloudflare (security and content delivery), and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's public VIN decoding API. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms (such as data retention and limitation of liability) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMV PRO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Questions about these Terms can be directed to [email protected].
